Global 1 is a licensed Third Party Administrator (TPA) and works between your insurance company and the doctors that do the work. Our goal is to give you one price before the procedure, with a bill that you can easily understand. The methodology draws on the approach of almost every other industry. When purchasing a car, consumers don’t get a bill for the motor, brakes, and interior from different suppliers. Why in healthcare do we ask patients to pay each provider on an individual basis?

If you are currently seeing a provider that would like to do your procedure under a Global 1 bundled payment, you will receive a call from our patient services representative to discuss your benefits and out-of-pocket expenses prior to your surgery. Global 1 will collect your co-payment, deductible, or out-of-pocket on behalf of your providers for the surgical episode.
